Old Familiar English Special Bitter is a traditional English ale brewed with English yeast, malts, and hops. This rich and malty beer has East Kent Goldings and Harlequin hops to give it a delicate and balanced bitterness.

Table Beer - 3.5%

Table Read is a traditional style English table beer. These beers date back to the early 1900s and are low ABV, easy drinking malt forward beers that were considered perfect meal time sippers. This beer is hopped with Archer hops and is full of biscuity and bready notes.

Double IPA - 8%

Wilhelm Scream Double IPA is a juicy beer that is heavily dry hopped with Talus, Mosaic, and Cryo Citra. Inspired by the DIPAs of the Northeast this beer has massive aroma and flavours of citrus rinds and tropical fruits.

This hot sauce was styled after Tony’s traditional Trinidadian hot sauce. Using scotch bonnets and habaneros, and with the addition of guava paste. This hot sauce brings the heat but its not overpowering.

Eternal Sunshine Pale Ale is hopped with Centennial, Cascade, and Cryo Citra hops. This sessionable pale ale is full of citrus aromatics from the hops and has a refreshingly balanced fruitiness.

Imperial Stout - 10.5%

A full-bodied Imperial Stout with notes of peanut butter, hints of caramel, and indulgent undertones of rich malt.

Fruit Sour - 5%

A variant on our Cosmos Dry Hopped sour with the addition of raspberries and dark malts. It’s tart, it’s loaded with raspberry, and has a subtle chocolate bite to it.

Oatmeal Stout - 5.2%

This oatmeal stout offers rich aromas of roasted coffee and dark chocolate and hints of toasted oats. It’s smooth and creamy, delivering flavours of roasted malt sweetness and subtle caramel.
